Guest guest Posted November 25, 2004 Report Share Posted November 25, 2004 Happy Turkey Day Adrienne, Just wanted to let you know that I had a colonoscopy with a 5 day prep which was actually done inpatient because of all the complications. As we were talking about the possibility I emailed Ask The Mito Doc and Ask the Doc (on the MDA site) and got answers supporting an inpatient prep in both places. My answer was published in one of the UMDF newsletters, but I can't remember which one at this point. Give me a day or two and I will check it out. My GI doc found the answers most helpful as he was not very familiar with mito at the time. It sure changed how he treated me (for the better). Good luck.
