My mother in law said it was due to the salt I had at.

She gave me some cut up cucumbers and I put a lot of salt on them.

I don't know if thats the case but it was the only thing out of the ordinary

yesterday.

Any one going through leg cramps?

Do you really know why?

How do you prevent it?

Thanks-ita.

I eat cucumber just so I can use salt.. LOL

Seriously..

Excess Salt dehydrates you and depletes your Potassium levels.

Low Potassium gives you wicked leg cramps.

Solution:

Use another seasoning on the cucumbers

OR

Follow the cucumbers with lots of water and Potassium pill.

Well, I was wondering if it was just me but I guess not. For 2 days when I

lay down my legs are crampy and achy and I TOO ate a cucumber with ALOT of salt

and pepper on it, actually 2 of them over the 2 days. MAybe she is on yto

something about the salt. My legs never hurt before that and I don't usually use

salt in anything.
