Guest guest
....Thanks for the information on calcium and Benefiber. I'm glad to know that fiber therapy is safe for us after WLS and during pregnancy. Big, horse pills never use to bother me pre WLS, but as a postie, I have the hardest time getting them down. Maybe its the fact that I can't take huge gulps of water (although I can take pretty good swigs), who knows. I do know that I'm going out to find those chewable Calcium Citrates, TODAY!!! You're a wonderful group!!! TOi > LOL.....sorry brain loss here, seems like since I've gotten pregnant it's > worse and worse lately. They are calcium CITRATE. Each wafer has 100 IU Vitamin > D, 250 mg calcium citrate, and 125 mg magnesium. They are extra extra tart, > but I can't take those big ol' pills. Just makes me gag to think about it. > > Take care, > Mandi in Concord, NC > Postop Distal RNY 09/23/02 > > >
