Guest guest Posted February 18, 2002 Report Share Posted February 18, 2002 Hi Kris, We us the 1/16th method, and I have to admit when I first heard about it my reaction was the same - how in the world do you measure out 1/16th of a capsule? But the trick is to mix the entire capsule into a teaspoon of very dry icing, work it like dough, and then start dividing what you have in half. So you start out with 1 tsp, gets divided into 2, then into 4, then into 8, and then into 16.
