I hate to be-labor this further on the list but here's my 2 cents.

For ease of simplicity to get started, why doesn't someone just start

another yahoo group similar to the Freecycle group theme and then

people can post " wanted " and " to offer " messages- and/or use the

database function to list items, weight (if applicable) and origin of

package so that people can add, change and subtract things from the

database as required, figure shipping etc..

You could also post photos- as long as you remember to remove the

photo after the item was taken to keep the content down.

You could set up 3 databases- one for boy things, one for girl things

and one for uni-sex items.
