Guest guest
Hi Jen and welcome to the group! You are in excellent hands with Dr. Pirani! We are on the east coast in Halifax but ended up coming to see Dr. Pirani to complete Owen's correction at about 6 months and then a follow up at 13 months. He's doing wonderfully! There is another member here also, Ruth, who also took her son out west to be treated by Dr. Pirani (after the local doctor decided to schedule surgery after failed casting - her son was also successfully corrected by Dr. Pirani!). As far as sleeping outfits, I just used (and continue to use) any outfits that I could find that snapped all the way around the leg area (to make for easier diaper changes) whether they are actual pajamas or just rompers doesn't make any difference. For our climate, fleece outfits are ideal since our nights are usually cool. I also don't have to worry about whether or not he keeps his blanket on through the night. I've been lucky enough to find most of them at second hand stores (good will, value village, etc.) Hope this helps, Daiga and Owen, 02/04/03 Unilateral LCF, FAB 14/24 > > Hi Everyone my name is Jen my son has bileteral clubfoot > and he went through all the Ponseti castings and is now in the boots > and bar(markell)shoes he's 2 1\2months old and doing well.I was just > wondering if anybody sees DR PIRANNI at ROYAL COLUMBIAN HOSPITAL B.C. > CANADA.And also what do your babies sleep in to keep warm if sleepers > dont work and finding the right kinds of clothing. > > THANK YOU
