Bring infant Motrin or Tylenol with you and give it to him just afterwards. You can ask your Doc and see if he recommends giving it to him before. I used it for the first 24 hours after the tenotomy as precaution. You may not even need it that long. Most babies scream during the procedure itself, for obvious reasons, but calm down after the casting and then crash due to the exhaustion. He may be a little uncomfortable the 1st 24 hours but should be fine after that. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
