,

For almost two years now, our son also has continuous night feeds of

pediasure with a kangaroo pump, but we never refrigerate it. We just

pour in two cans of room temperature pediasure and off to bed we go.

For those who use pediasure overnight, do they keep it cold? or

warm? They kept it warm in the hospital when he first got his GT,

so we never thought about chilling it...... I would love to know how

everyone else does it...

P.S. By mouth Jake will drink it either way.

Thanks,

Alison

doesn't get the pediasure, he is on peptamen junior, buuuut Dr

H told us never to give anything cold directly through his

tube. She said the the formula should always be at room temperature.

Really? Do you know why? I haven't been told this. I wonder if it

impacts reflux?

Hi ,

I think that that's the reason but I'm not positive. I know that Dr

H is very concerned with 's reflux. That's one of the reasons

that she doesn't want us doing bolus feeds with him.
