Guest guest Posted February 4, 2004 Report Share Posted February 4, 2004 Hi , I've read all of the emails about glucose testing with great interest. My doctor doesn't even SUGGEST it! I don't really know why... it sounds as if it's pretty much mandatory with almost every other obstetrician represented on this list. I have an appointment next week and I'm going to ask her why it hasn't been an issue. I just think it's strange. But I thought I would share that, because obviously there are people out there who've never even been asked to have the test and had perfectly fine pregnancies. (gestational diabetes is a rather controversial diagnosis to begin with...there are two sides...)
