Have you looked into getting in to see one of the doctors on Dr.

Ponseti's qualified physician's list?

Are you anywhere near this doctor?:

Dr. son

Queen's University

76 Stuart Street

Kingston, Ontario, Canada K7L 2V7

Tel:

Fax:

Here's her email: davidsol@...

Dr. son has been using the Ponseti method for quite a while and

comes highly recommended. There are no doctors at Toronto Sick Kids

who are listed on Dr. P's list, though I believe some are using the

method. You would want to make sure that you saw someone who is

highly experienced with the method since your son is already over a

year old.

Please keep us posted!

Dr son is familiar with atypical, but her and Ponseti havent been in

contact for some time, and the fact is she has gotten a fair amount of info from

me and still not contacted Dr P for more.

She is good and knows atypical clubfeet, but if you go to her I would say you

would want to " insist " that she get back in contact with DR P and talk to him

about the case and a good plan of action just to be on the safe side.

She really does care about the kids and their feet. More than once she has

wrote me for support info for one of her atypical patients.
