Guest guest
hi! i've been noticing lately when naomi (bilateral cf) is tired or super relaxed that her right foot turns in quite a bit. for the most of the time, it's pretty much the same as her left, but later on during the day it starts to turn in. naomi is 9 months old but she's only had to wear her boots when she sleeps during the night. i found this a little strange since everyone that i have talked to says naptime as well (including dr. ponseti) but our ortho ped surgeon repeatedly tells us she only has to wear it at bedtime for as long as she tolerates it (so we weren't really given any length of time). we've been trying to keep them on for at least 10-12 hours but i am starting to wonder if we should have them on longer and maybe that would rectify the turning in. i've sent pics to dr ponseti and he says that her feet are looking good... so am i just worrying myself for no reason?? anyone else have this happening to their baby's feet? thanks, maureen jenna (17-02-02) naomi (11-02-04) bcf
