Guest guest
I have read in a number of places that acetyl L carnitine is supposed to be more available to the brain, and regular L carnitine more available to the muscles. I go back and forth, taking one and then the other, depending what the store has sometimes. I guess my stategy should be to take some of each, cause I sure need help in both areas. > Sunny et al > > FWIW, I bought Acetyl-L Carnitine from Swanson ( > http://www.swansonvitamins.com/ ) one month ago.
