Guest guest
First thing to avoid doing is stressing out. The baby will take what it needs from you. Babies are parasites and you will be more likely to have problems than the baby. If you were still losing weight, you are going to have to change your mindset. You will need to put having a healthy baby ahead of wanting to lose more. You may still lose but that cannot be your first priority. Second, try to eat healthy. Add a few more complex carbs to your diet but still concentrate on protein. Make sure you eat fruits and vegetables. You may have to eat every 90 minutes to avoid low blood sugar. It doesn't have to be a lot -- a cup of milk will work. Third, try to sip water or some other non-calorie beverage constantly. You need to stay hydrated which becomes a bit tougher while pregnant. Fourth, make sure you are taking your vitamins religously. Rasley mailto: drasley@...
