Guest guest Posted November 20, 2003 Report Share Posted November 20, 2003 we tried getting an EPO on my ex-husband's new wife for *verbally* attacking my husband at the ballfield this summer. My husband was carrying our new baby (6 months old at the time) in his carrier in his hand and she starting screaming and cursing the *F* word (in front of Blake and everyone there) and she threatened " I oughta just kick your (_(_) right now! " but since she didn't actually touch him or threaten to KILL him, we couldn't get one against her. (sigh) she did call, threaten and curse me from her work place early last year (I was a few months pregnant). I called her supervisor, told them she had just called and harrassed me and did they allow that unprofessional behavior at work?
