Guest guest Posted March 4, 2004 Report Share Posted March 4, 2004 I got pregnant with a singleton on Clomid and twins on my own and both babies were shown at my first ultrasound, same for the single. Your chances of twins have slightly increased since Clomid makes you ovulate more and you could of possible had more than one fertile egg, which would give you fraternal twins but you won't know until the ultrasound. " Clomid is a medication used in fertility treatment to induce ovulation. I can't recommend a good birth control method, because up until I had surgery my periods had to be induced by hormone therapy in order to even have one. Sorry! Are there any of you who have heard that after weight loss that the body absorbs more of everything, vitamins,etc....and that the pills effectiveness is alot less than 99%.
