This is expensive but I love it.

The Vita Mix Super 5000. It looks like a blender but it does everything.

The big one

grinds grain. . It makes nut butter, whole juices(including

the fiber), powdered sugar, smoothies, baby food, needs dough and I could go

on and on. The company will bill you cc over 3 months and I think they have

a layaway plan, also. They also have reconditioned ones that are a little

cheaper than the new ones.

I got mine in December and have used it almost everyday.

Clean up is a breeze, too. It's a major timesaver for people like us!

I second the motion that the Vita Mix is wonderful. I have a used one that

I bought at a yard sale and sent it in to be reconditioned. I think their

web site is www.vitamix.com

I forgot to mention that you could also make milks(rice, soy, nut whatever you

need), ice cream(freeze milk in ice cube trays and use whatever ingredients

you want and it does freeze like an ice cream freezer). It's so fast and the

possibilities are endless.

I agree. My mother sent me Vita-Mix and a bread machine when she heard

about the problems of this diet. I use them both everyday and have great

success. I couldn't maintain this diet wihthout them. The entire family

eats this bread, we have not purchased a loaf of bread since I figured

out how to use the bread machine.

I checked out their website and it is too expensive for me to get right now.

I wonder if a coffee grinder would work?

A lot of people use a coffee grinder and it seems to work well for them and

the price is very reasonable. I would be buying a coffee grinder if I had

not already had the Vita Mix. I put my money instead into a Kitchen Aide

stand mixer. The Vita Mix mixes bread also and I have used it for that but

cleaning the dough out from under those blades lost its charm after the 1st

time. after the second time, I went back to my Sunbeam mixer. It is not

strong enough though so I went to the Kitchen Aid.

I recently bought a stainless steel grain mill and it worked great. It's

alot of work though. If you have a Kitchen Aid I would just buy the

attachment and let it do the work for you.

The grain mill cost me $40.00 at KitchenEtc..
