11 days is awfully long to have a lingering cold. I don't have any

advice as it seems you are doing just about everything. Be certain to

call your Dr though. Feel free to post the advice he gave you so we

can all learn more. I'm always interested in knowing what other Dr's

say. I like comparing my Dr's information to the info everyone else

gets! (lol)

I'm just getting over the worse sinus infection of my life and it

was the first time I've been sick since my WLS in 2002! I never had

green stuff either but ended up with an infection in one sinus. My

husband went and bought me a hot mist humidifier so I could breath

the steam with a towel over it frequently as the bathroom steam

wasn't doing it enough (much less I was draining the hot water

heater, LOL!) I also used saline spray to keep things moist.

I would check with your family doctor or OB to see what they think.

They can do a quick blood test if necessary to check your white

blood cell count to see if it is some sort of infection.

Also, are you using regular Sudafed in table form? I used the

Children's chewables or the liquid as I wanted to make sure I would

absorb as much of the medicine as possible.

Good Luck!
