Hello all

Just a heads up in case you weren't aware - I learned in my

toxicology class that pregnant women shouldn't consume fish due to

their mercury content. Some have high amounts of mercury like tuna

and others not so much. I can't remember all the details but you

should look into this before going on a fish binge. As for sushi -

especially a no-no. I talked to my doc about this and assumed she

knew this. She didn't! Boy am I glad for my MS in Biology now!
