I've heard that it's specifically Salmon, Tuna, Tilefish and Swordfish that

we should avoid due to the mercury content. They still say it's safe to eat it

once a week, but no more than that. No raw fish is safe. Other seafood

seems to be fine (as long as it's cooked :o) Thank goodness because my other

real

cravings are for shellfish like shrimp, lobster and king crab!!! YUM! Now

if I could only afford it on a regular basis.....
