Guest guest Posted March 9, 2004 Report Share Posted March 9, 2004 I've heard that it's specifically Salmon, Tuna, Tilefish and Swordfish that we should avoid due to the mercury content. They still say it's safe to eat it once a week, but no more than that. No raw fish is safe. Other seafood seems to be fine (as long as it's cooked ) Thank goodness because my other real cravings are for shellfish like shrimp, lobster and king crab!!! YUM!
