The Fresno Bee and the Sacramento Bee have been providing some great press coverage of farmworker issues from a critical perspective. Mark Schacht of CRLA compiled this series in Adobe format (thanks Mark!) and I felt that some of you would want to read it. I have not finished it yet but it is most compelling journalism. The Sacramento Bee will be coming out shortly with a series by Andy Farillo on abuses within the farm labor contracting system also.

Regards,

During that time, he lived in Tulare County and survived off the wages he earned as a farm worker. Yesterday, the Fresno Bee published a ten part series about his experiences which some have had difficulty getting off their web page.I have downloaded the series and converted it to Adobe Acrobat format, which I've attached to this email, as well as put up on our web page at: http://www.crlaf.org/sits.htm.
