Guest guest
I had an extensive heart work-up a year ago including med induced stress test and non invasive heart cath, 24 hr halter monitor and echo. My previous EF levels have been around 55%. I've been told to see a heart failure specialist.

Guest guest
- Yes, It's the Q gel from Epic(Tischon) I'm actually waiting for my delivery now. I get the economy size of 1000 at a time. I'm faxing the results to Dr. Cohen and taking a copy with me to NY for Dr. Hirano to see. I think my dose is just pretty much based on my weight of 71 pounds. I don't know for sure though. Thanks for your idea. Sounds like something easy enough to try.

Guest guest
How much CoQ10 are you taking if you are taking it? Guest guest
That seems like a very low dose. Is it Q-Gel or a different brand? I am only asking as CoQ10 is used for CHF and has really helped a lot of people. Maybe you can somehow get the results to him (Dr. Cohen) and ask him if you could try increasing your dose. Guest guest
My mother had cardiomyopathy and yet once on Q-gel (I think it was 180 mg 3 times a day), her heart continued to be strong after many strokes and death. The only thing we can attribute it to is the CoQ10. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Tue, 30 Nov 2004 14:12:36 -0800 > To: > Subject: Re: Re: Echocardiogram Results..question > > That seems like a very low dose. Guest guest
Dr. Simpson started me off high on the CoQ10, 300 mg 3X a day, but then again I am big fella, lol dgregori@...> wrote:How much CoQ10 are you taking if you are taking it? Guest guest
Dr. Simpson is a big believer in higher doses of CoQ than many doctors. He feels that for some of us, we are throwing our money down the toilet with the low doses. It is only the opinion of one doctor, but it has helped me. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Tue, 30 Nov 2004 18:34:57 -0800 (PST) > To: > Subject: Re: Re: Echocardiogram Results..question > > Dr. Simpson started me off high on the CoQ10, 300 mg 3X a day, but then again > I am big fella, lol > > dgregori@...> wrote:How much CoQ10 are you taking if you > are taking it? > > > > LILQT4U1984@... wrote: > >> I had an extensive heart work-up a year ago including med induced stress >> test and non invasive heart cath, 24 hr halter monitor and echo.
