Guest guest
I would love them. How do you know what size he needs? We have a barely used set of 000 and 00 Markell shoes and a red Fillauer bar (#6) that I would love to pass on to anyone who can use them. It would add insult to injury to see this stuff go to no use whatsoever after we had to pay so much for it! Just let me know if you want them---you cover the postage and they're yours. Or, do you know of anyone in Iowa that gathers this stuff for families who can't pay? We'll be there again in December and I can drop it off there. Guest guest
how long has he been in the 00's? Darbi grows through a half size every 3 months. So (each size in the markells is a half size larger, so a 0 is half size larger than a 00, and a full size larger than the 000, etc.) she needs a full size larger every 6 months. I will never again get a half size larger, she went through those too fast. But Darbs has larger feet (as compared to most CF babies) and seems to grow faster too. She's 19mo old, wearing size 5's in regular shoes and 4's in Markells. I still think whole sizes larger are best though, especially if you have to pay for them yourself. Unless they're just swimming in them, they can wear them large without any problems. It's not like they're walking in them and they're too long for their feet and they trip. Guest guest
Dawn-Marie, It sounds like you might not have a use for them...00 is bigger than 000 so your next size would be larger than either of these. Is anyone else in need of these? > I would love them. How do you know what size he needs? >

Guest guest
He has only been in these shoes since 10/18 but he is growing like a weed. Breastmilk really agrees with him. He will be 4 months at the end of the week and is almost grown out of 6 to 9 months clothing, he was only 7.5 at birth and at his 2 month check up was already 14.5 pounds. I am going to ask for the shoes to be 1 size too big because I think he will out grow them too fast and I have to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. I swear that veternarian insurance would be better than the plan that I have. Dawn frogabog frogabog@...> wrote: how long has he been in the 00's? Darbi grows through a half size every 3 months. Guest guest
, I may be able to use them. My baby is 3 mos., I don't know what size she would wear because I haven't gotten any bar or shoes yet. I'm STILL waiting on the doc to call me back because we made the decision to go with the DBB instead of the DAFO which he originally prescribed for us. So I don't have a prescription for the DBB yet, and I'm not even sure where to get it. I would assume though that she'd be in one of the smallest sizes. A size 1 regular baby shoe is still a little big on her regular foot, and her club foot is slightly smaller, if that helps. Thanks! , mommy of: Guinevere, on, Ava (8/4/04) right CF > > Dawn-Marie, > > It sounds like you might not have a use for them...00 is bigger than > 000 so your next size would be larger than either of these. > > Is anyone else in need of these? > >
