I am taking 800 mcg of folic acid and i have no idea about any herbs or depo

stuff. Sorry if no one answered you. that happens sometimes. if I know the

answer i try to answer.

Please dont treat me like an outsider because I am not in your club

yet. I did have wls like you and I do want to concieve as soon as

possible so this group does apply to me.

I've never seen this as a " club " where pg and non-pg were on opposite sides!

I was here TTC lots of times, and they always kept me in. I for one delete a

lot lately, too much going on in my life to read right now. Please don't

feel left out!

personally replied with a website address to

http://www.tryingtoconeive.com about fertility/herbs etc.

It may not have been directly to you, but it was directly to that

same question, as we re-hash many issues in here again and again.

Have you checked back through the postings or have you been waiting

and checking your email for the reply? Most people post replies

directly at the group site, rather than to an individual email

address.

As for MYSELF, I took 800mcg daily of folic acid. Everyone is

different though.

, Sorry. I dont answer questions I dont know about.

Don't know about folic acid though I have heard about 1000mcg I think is a

number I have heard. As for herbs I am not really into a big herbal thing.

So I dont know that at all.

We are a normally friendly group but sometimes we get busy and if we don't

know we assume someone else who does know will answer. It could be that no

one knows. And don't want to steer you wrong. And the people that do know

could have been busy and haven't had time to respond. Sorry though that you

haven't received any answers.

I am sorry that no one has answered your questions yet but we are not ignoring

you. I currently take a multivitamin that contains 400mcg and a separate folic

acid that is also 400mcg. I am not sure about any of the herbs you are talking

about as I didn't need anything to conceive. I wish you the best of luck in

trying to conceive and hope I have helped you with your questions.
