Don't worry about it, as long as the toes are a good color. Keep an eye on them though, if you see signs of swelling or discoloration she's grown too much and they need to come off. s. Hi guys, Anyone experience their child's feet growing in their casts? Guest guest Posted October 24, 2004 Report Share Posted October 24, 2004 My son's feet have grown in his casts. Every single cast he has had his toes have gone over the cast by the next week. His toes got swollen in his first cast and have stayed that way since. His pediatrician saw the foot and said that his toes were fine as long as they would turn white then pink again.
