Do you have to be single to get WIC? I got it with my daughter but My husband

and I were living together and not married. Now I am married and work but

having twins and will really need help with twins and a 3 yo.

Thanks

Nope, it all depends on the income of the family, whether that family has one

parent or two, whether your married or not. :)

Nope you don't have to be single. I just got it today and I am married. It

is based on income in relation to household size. Try for it!

WIC was a godsend with both of my girls. I could not breastfeed my first and

the formula saved us literately. My 3 year old is still on WIC and we have

enough milk, cheese, eggs, cereal, peanut butter and beans for all of us.

(family of four with another on the way) Now that I will be on WIC as well, I

estimate it will save us over $100 in our food budget every month. My kids

don't get much juice so I pass the juice on to my grandmother who lives in a low

income apartment complex and she is able to pass it along to those who can use

it. It is a wonderful opportunity and I am very grateful for it. Good luck to

everyone, I hope you qualify for it.
