Okay, I'll have a go at this....

CF= clubfoot

FAB= foot abduction brace, same as DBB

DBB= dennis brown boots/bar

AFO= ankle/foot orthosis

Here is a pretty good diagram of the foot anatomy to help with naming

parts of the foot:

http://www.foottalk.com/anatomy.htm

dorsiflexion=the ability to bend the foot upwards (toes toward shin)

plantar=relating to or occurring on the undersurface (sole) of the

foot; " plantar warts can be very painful "

General Internet Jargon:

LOL= laughing out loud

ROFL= rolling on floor laughing

DH, DW, DS, DD= dear husband/wife/son/daughter

IMO= in my opinion

IIRC= If I remember correctly

BRB= be right back

TTYL= talk to you later

Can anyone think of any others?

Hope this helps,

Daiga

That's perfect Daiga! It took me forever to figure that stuff out. I

still don't understand all the parts of the foot, but that anatomy

site is great! Probably the only thing I'd add is a description of

the Markells vs. the s.
