Our first week

Hi

We started enzymes last Saturday. I jumped right in and gave her a whole

Pep at each meal containing gluten or casein. For most of the week we had

major hyperactivity, big tantrums, very emotional, extreme mood changes and

poor sleep.

Yesterday all that changed. Very calm, only two small tantrums and we know

what triggered them both, very compliant and slept well (10 hours so far)!

We're

also seeing some independent, appropriate play and a couple of times last week

we saw some pretend play creeping in! I'm hearing more words than I have in

a long time and she seems to be echoing sounds better.

I'll see if this keeps up today. If it does, I'll start giving two Peps with

casein, since

she reacts more to that than she does gluten. Then next week I'll start

giving her

one with every meal.
