You can and should be able to get two different sized shoes for his feet if the size difference is that pronounced. The orthotics shop should be willing to break up a pair for you. If you go to that same ponseti_links site and click on the Markell shoes site under the bracing section, or go direct to Markell at www.markellshoe.com there is a downloadable shoe size chart that you can print off.
