My 6 year old niece coined the phrase for us. Make sure you take lots of pictures for his baby book. Some moms are disappointed that they do not have pictures from the beginning!!! I didn't think I'd want pics, but now I really wish I had taken more. We do have her little crooked footprints, though. That's really cute! We've been calling Livie's that since she was born. I sometimes think that God gave her that lil crooked foot so that I would know that she was mine. Let me explain.....I have very dark brown/reddish hair and very deep brown eyes, my hubby has black hair and hazel eyes, Livie's older brother has brown hair and eyes so brown they're almost black........Livie??? She's is a blue eyed blonde! Go figure genetics. I swear if she hadn't been born with that lil crooked foot, I would seriously wonder if they sent home the right baby! LOL I saw her foot about 30 seconds after she was born, so there was no mistaking that we took home the right baby though. I'll just add my encouragement to take lots of photos. Livie's foot was a surprise to us (we didn't know before birth and have no family history). At the time I couldn't imagine ever wanting to see it that way again. I have one not so good photo of her foot before correction, but I wish now that I had more. It fascinates me to look at her foot now and compare it to then. At 3 years old, it is almost impossible to tell that she ever even had a clubfoot. I hope your remaining weeks are easy and worry free!! And Happy Anniversary to you!!
