Each wafer has 100 IU Vitamin D, 250 mg calcium citrate, and 125 mg magnesium. They are extra extra tart, but I can't take those big ol' pills. Just makes me gag to think about it. You said you're taking calcium citrate chewables, but listed the Twin Labs as carbonate. Just trying to set my lil brain straight. I've taken the mint and chocolate chewables from Bariatric Advantage, but can't stomach them so for now I'm (literally) stuck with CitriCal +D... UGHHHH!!!
