Guest guest Posted January 15, 2004 Report Share Posted January 15, 2004 I was removed from bedrest yesterday and immediately went to the gym to start back on my exercise routine. I started slow - just riding the stationary bike for 30 minutes on a low level. But I felt good cause I was back to my exercise pattern. How many of you exercise everyday or so many times a week? Have you found its made a difference in your pregnancy. Those of you who have had your babies already did exercise make a difference in your labor and delivery? I did not exercise at all when I was over 300 pounds and pregnant with my son 4 years ago so I have no reference. Any thoughts on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
