Many thanks for your interest and concern. I have received a request from Jim Hastings who will be a new participant to this egroup, to help identify a speaker for two conferences to be held in June. One will be on June 14th and 15th in Edinburg Texas, and the other will be held on June 28 and 29 in Las Cruces NM. He is looking for a luncheon speaker at each of those events who can deliver amotivational and inspiring presentation on the occupational and environmental hazzards that farmworker children are exposed to. The audience will be a multi discipline audience, including educators, politicos and public health service providers. Is there anyone out there that would be interested in responding to this request? Geographically close in order to contain travel expenses would be helpful, but need not be a limiting factor if we can purchase air travel in advance. Jim, perhaps you could post some additional information on the sponsors of the event, the anticipated size of the audience, etc...? I am anxious to hear if any of you out there will be able to help Jim out.
