They forwarded my call to 'the back' where they work and they threw out some ideas - use a glue gun and glue it back (but it's flat so how do i 'fluff' it up again) - they were apologetic, but they are booked until Friday for appts. I was told I could leave Naomi's boots and bar with them tomorrow and maybe they could have it done sometime tomorrow, but if they aren't I don't really want Naomi out of her boots until friday night. I guess if it wasn't done, I could bring it home tomorrow night, but I'm also worrying that she's going to develop blisters...
