What a wonderful post and how very true! If anyone had told me way

back when what my life would be centered around these days...I would

never have believed I'd survive it let alone be greatful. I'm so

proud of every little accomplishment she makes and of being the

person who paved the way for her. Her school is great but whenever I

bring them new info I've unearthed they're amazed. Lots of people

love and help my daughter but I know without a doubt she wouldn't be

in the great place she is if I hadn't have spent every spare moment

on the internet researching and then following through. I have a 10

wk old son now and he's already doing things I realize she never did

at that age-too bad she was a first born and we had nothing to

compare with maybe we could have realized she needed help

sooner...but...we also had the time for years of one on one

attention. I am thankful for boards like these and people who really

understand how great it is to have your child recognize numbers or

use pretend play or set the table for dinner! Take care.
