-We are using Kirkman's which is just powder not capsuls-it says the

dose should be 1/4 tsp so does that compare with a capsul? I have

still been using 1/8 tsp except when she had the 2 recent infractions-

then I gave her 1/4 tsp. Thanks. Oh-the info about sleep makes

total sense.
