Hi group

Have been reading past posts on magnesium, and decided to add

magnesium to Nick's supplements. In my calculations, Nick gets 40mg

of magnesium per day in his SNT, and 800 mg of calcium per day as a

supplement. Not much more magnesium or calcium in his diet. I guess

this is not a good ratio. I ordered the Kirkman magnesium citrate

powder. Should I start slow, and how much should I aim for? Nick is

three (in two more days, my little New Year's Eve baby) and weighs 35

pounds. His stools have never totally firmed up, so I am worried

about diarrhea. Maybe this will help with stimming issues as well.

Thanks for any advice.

I believe that there is a paper on magnesium that would help you in the file

section.
