Guest guest Posted December 10, 2004 Report Share Posted December 10, 2004 Hello everyone just wanted to let you all know that i got a phone call from daughter's dr.'s office and i already knew what was coming. If you read my posts earlier this week i was trying to get my Texas medicaid to pay for my daughter seeing Dr.Ponseti. Well WE GOT THE REFERRAL APPROVED!! I was so suprised, happy,etc. I could not believe it! The guy I talked to at the university said it was really hard to get another state's medicad to approve so I was pretty discouraged about even trying but when he told me the price i got on the phone! So we are this much closer to Dr. Ponseti cant wait!! I am also looking into Angel Flights as someone suggested because of her going into casts and all. I dont really wanna hear 15 hours of crying or screaming. The only problem is my son. Dont get me wrong, I want him to go and he really wants to go(big brother thing) but Angel flights said he may not be able to. So she will check and get back to me. Thanks to all of you for listening. I think Dr.Ponseti's email w/ her diagnosis really made an impact on my insurance.
