Wow, bug, I am impressed. Good for you. I totally agree on our need

for exercise, all the mito references I have seen say that. The trick,

of course, is for us each to figure out what is a good amount, and what

is too much. I can walk 2ish miles, but can't run to save my life!

Maybe I should up the ante and set the bar higher for myself..... :)
