You could still be pregnant. Can you call your PCP and see if they will do a

bloodtest for pregnancy at the lab. That will tell you for sure. Sometimes the

home preg. tests do not pick up the HCG levels early enough. Good Luck,

has anyone been to a reproductive endocrinologist? I have an appointment

tomorrow and was wondering what to expect. I had open RNY on 12/9/02 and I have

lost 118lbs and I am at my goal weight, give or take 2 pounds. I have been

trying to get pg for 3 months and went to the GYN a few weeks ago because I have

been off the pill since December and my period has not come at all. I knew I

was not pg as per home pg test. She did a bunch of blood work and found that my

FSH and my Estrodal (spelling??) where both very very low. She referred me to a

reproductive endocrinologist. I was just wondering what was going to happen??

Any help is appreciated.

In the issue of Depo shots- I have done some work in women's health. This is

just what I have seen/ my opinion- Depo is terrible the only thing worse in my

experience was Norplant. I never used either but from what I have seen they

have bad bad side effects and they are unreliable in terms of what side effects

they will cause, but you can be assured that they will do something to mess you

up. I am not surprised that some people have had a bad experience with depo.

my suggestion is steer clear!
