Thanks and another question... folic acid

I just bought my folic acid at the pharmacy 800 MCG daily and when I went for

my first OB appt. I brought him a list of everything I took and he was okay

with it and added the prenatals.

me! Toi, I swear I remember you from some other group - gastric

bypass family maybe?

Anyway, I'm wondering if those of you who take folic acid just buy it

or if it is prescription.

I took 800mcg daily (2- 400mcg pills) available over the counter

from Walmart or Rite Aid.

I should have added that was before trying to get pregnant and during

my pregnancy. I don't take any now (not until I decide whether or not

we are going to try for #3).

Its a distinct possibility that you say me on the family site. I

haven't posted there in a while, but still read. I get my folic acid

over the counter at Walmart. I take one 800 mcg and one 400 mcg per

day.
