Guest guest
, I felt them same way you do. I don't think I really starting seeing my baby belly until about 2 weeks ago and I am 23.5 weeks now. Still, most people really can't even tell I am pregnant. Lots of people have told me in the last week that I don't even " look " pregnant. The scale doesn't lie though, I have gained a little over 10 pounds....proud to say the only place I see the gain is in my baby belly!!! WOO HOO I have never been able to say that before! Give it a little time, you will have a belly soon enough. I still can't bring myself to wear maternity tops....I feel silly when I don't have a belly to fill it out! Guest guest
, I am 17 weeks today and you can't tell that I am pregnant either. I didn't have a flat belly before I was pregnant either. If it weren't for the fact that my jeans were getting to tight aroung my belly, I wouldn't know anything.I just went out and bought stretch pants because I am not ready to fit into maternity clothes yet. My best advice is to hold to the fact that within the next few months your body will be changing and everyone will know. Best wishes to you!! When are you due? Guest guest
Boy do I know what you mean. I wasn't real big prior pregnancy about a size 16. But I am not showing yet to where anyone can tell I'm pregnant. This is my first pregnancy and I am still unsure about everything. Good luck, lap rny 7/24/02 edd 7/15/
Guest guest
Girl, you want some belly? I'll send you some of mine. Holy cripes, I feel like one of those exercise balls. I've gained only a total of 6 lbs and I'm almost at 36 weeks, but my belly definitely preceeds me. I try SO hard not to waddle when I walk, but it's getting harder not to do. My stomach was far from flat when I got pregnant- and trust me, it WILL show, just give it time. Guest guest
Ladies, Thanks for all your responses, i'm glad i 'm not alone. I know soon enough I will be wobbling around with a proud belly. I should enjoy it while it lasts I know, but it's the first time in my life I actually WANT my belly to grow hehe. > > I'll be 17 weeks this coming week and I can't see my " baby belly " > > yet because I didn't have a flat tummy to begin with. > > I know it's there because i feel clothes getting snug, but the > fact > > that I can't see it makes me sad .. boohoo!
