Guest guest
, You touched my heart with that post. Tears in my eyes. When we found out about Logan's funky feet i was so up-set and then my mom gave me a card that says " If you have faith as small as a mustard seed Nothing will be Impossible for you " . We have come a long way and still have a ways to go but when we have Faith in God everything is possible thur him. Have a Happy Thanksgiving to all. a mom to 08/06/90 03/27/91 Logan 07/12/04 (bicf serial casting) Gerace cgerace@...> wrote: , Everything you said in that post was so right you brought tears to my eyes. Guest guest
No, thankfully was not born with clubbed feet otherwise we never would have had . Not because of the cf, but because of that combined with his stubborn, pigheaded, headstrong, determined, into everything he can get his hands on, not listening attitude. hehe!!! He is my handful. God blessed us by giving the attitude he needed to get through his battles, and ours. He is so easy going and laid back, happy, win the world with his smile kind of kid that makes you want to run out and get 10 more just like him. ? We weren't planning on having anymore...hehe. Thankfully God had other plans, thus ... (And yes, I am keeping in mind he is only 13 months, but the differences between them are just huge!!!) Thank you Lord! (See? there it is again, in all things give thanks!) hehe I'm still working on replying to your last email, by the way, Struggling to get house ready for in laws. Hubby came home monday night finally...yeah, let the cleaning begin! Now, if brandon would just stop pulling out everything I just got done putting away. hehe. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving ee, which by the way is a beautiful name! I'll write more when the chaos settles...hehe! > Are both your boys club footed? > s. > > I have to admit, Thanksgiving never really got my attention the way > Christmas, birthdays or Easter did. Guest guest
Happy Thanksgiving to you too Last night Everett ate one full size piece of pumkin pie and half of another. Yup, I think he's going to enjoy his first Thanksgiving since solids! Tomorrow I better pack three or four extra sets of cloths over to Granny June's. I think anyone with more than one child can answer the age old debate between Nature or Nurture having the biggest factor on a person's personality. We raise the two just the same yet they are both so different. Mine are opposite yours in a way - if Everett had been born first I very well may have gone in for a sterilization! LOL! He was a difficult baby, but approaching toddlerhood he's really blooming in to a comedian, although a short tempered one. Anyway, happiest of holidays to all of you here! s. Guest guest
Great email, yes, HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE! A few weeks ago, I was at Iowa to pick up Lhea's NEW shoes. She managed to crack the black part just above the heel and the straps were unglueing away. and I met there since I hadn't received his Federal Express package. At the same time, Dr. Ponseti was there hosting the Symposium. I met Charity there " HI CHARITY! " He had me bring Lhea into the symposium and spoke of her condition briefly and I was thrilled! I also got to meet the father and child that was at the RMH a few weekends before, but I had met his wife then, not her family. It was great! I'm very thankful to GOD for blessing Dr. Ponseti and his STAFF. We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful doctor, that comes from wayyyy back to treat our children! I have countless videos of Dr. Ponseti and treating our girl, Lhea. Number23 number23@...> wrote: Are both your boys club footed? s.
