Guest guest
I have always had bad headaches until I started going to the chiropracter. After that, I would go in once a month for my spinal alignment and never had a problem with headaches again. Then when I got pregnant, my ob forbid me to go to the chiro while pregnant and boy have those headaches come back full force. I have read in several places that if you suffer migraines, they usually go away with pregnancy but if you suffer from tension headaches, they become a problem during pregnancy. Dr wont let me have anything but tylenol and that does not help. So, I just resort to taking relaxing baths with candle light so the room is kind of dark. And tylenol PM works better. I also have pain in my pubic bone area. It sometimes feels like I had done some kind of squating exercises which I haven't. My OB says it is normal part of pregnancy and I have read that it is the pelvic bones spreading, preparing for childbirth. Sometimes I feel like I am walking bowlegged because it hurts when walking. Birthing plan. Well, I just plan on going in and not taking an epidural unless I am really in pain. I usually tolerate pain pretty well but this is my first so we will see how it goes. I am hoping I wont need the epidural at all.
