This makes me wonder, in general here, how many of our kids wear the splint through age 4? (Has there been a poll on this site on what age the kids quit using it? ) And when it's recommend to age 4, does that mean until their 4th birthday, or that they wear it their entire 4th year up to their 5th birthday? We started our 2nd year this week - wow! where did the time go? But I hear stories like yours and I get scared about taking them off when the time does come. s.
