Guest guest
Hi, I've posted here a few times, but I mostly read. My son just turned a year old. He's BL clubfoot, DBB 16 hrs/day. We just got his second pair of shoes and a longer bar and i've noticed that one of his feet is getting a red mark on the outer edge and the bottom. It almost looks as if someone has " bitten " his foot (for lack of a better description). My husband and I have assumed that one of the little metal things that hold the shoe on the bar is poking too far in on the shoe. If I loosen the wingnut, though, the shoe jiggles around too much and would eventually come completely off the bar. He has the white Markell boots and a red bar (you can't take the shoes off). I was just curious if anyone else had this problem when they got a new pair of shoes. I'm just worried that as his foot gets bigger, it will press on the side even more. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
