This is EXACTLY the kind of info i need. i'm faxing it to my ped this morning. We met yest afternoon, racking our brains trying to find the piece we were missing. Too bad i didn't read email before going over to her office...<sigh>. I don't know ANY thing about a homebound needs assessment but believe me i'm gonna find out TODAY! Anyone know colorado law in this area?
