Guest guest Posted June 21, 2005 Report Share Posted June 21, 2005 Hello all!! I had my visit with the dietian today, and was amazed that I weighed in 9 pounds lighter than last Tuesday. ANd, apparently, so was Beth. She was so impressed by my records and the amount of total effort that I have put in that she only had me in her office for 25 minutes instead of 1 1/2 hours, as expected. She told me that she felt very strongly that Dr. Stiles would be extremely pleased with me and that I was a textbook patient. She said that people have their surgeries cancelled all the time, and that I am exactly the kind of patient that they like to fill those spots with. So, me being very literal, I said " are you saying that you think Dr. Stiles will fasttrack me? " And she said " yes, and I am a pretty good barometer of how things will go. " I AM SOOOOO THRILLED!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I go see Dr. Stiles on the 7th of July, and hopefully, God willing, I will continue to have phenomonal weight loss between now and then. I actually got teary eyed with excitement!!!! I guess I really should just buckle up and hold on, eh? Thank you all so much for your pleasant and sincere replies to my posts. It is really fantastic to have your experiences and advice to add to my tool box. I look forward to continuing our conversations. Until then, WOOOOOOHOOOOOO!!
