Hi all, I wanted to give Noah's( 3 1/2 non gcf diet) ONE WEEK UPDATE.

I started him out with 1/2 caps of each, with no side effects. He is

now taking 1 cap. of each PEP and PRIME with every meal at least 3

times a day. There has been no dirreaha (Noah is Extrememly

Constipated all the time before enzymes anyway,) Can't really tell if

the hyperness is more or if it if Noah just being Noah with the

holidays and such. (he is hyper anyway) I have noticed a sound

sensitivity. He told the people next to us clinking their silverware

to " Shh, be quiet " . I know it has only been one week and I am not

giving up, I figure if their is damage to his body it may take awhile

for the enzymes to do their magic so to speak. Anyway, How long

should I go at this dosage, before I increase the dosage? Does anyone

else out there do 2 caps of each? Could their be another problem? I

have wanted to possibly start with epsom salt baths- How much would I

need to start out with for your basic bath tub? Noah also has the

dark circles underneath the eyes, I thought I saw a post about that

awhile back any archive #'s would be greatly appreciated. Also- I

don't want to sound stupid, but in the files when it says Regression

as a side effect to the enzymes, can anyone give me some examples of

what types of regression? I am a little confused about this, One more

question, I would also like the list of other uses for enzymes,

Thank you so much for your time, Janet

My son was very INsensitive before enzymes, perhaps your son is also.

This means that now he is hearing sounds normally, but he is

perceiving them as " too loud " because he has never heard them this

loud before. My son was like this for 2 or maybe 3 weeks, so you

should consider giving it about 3 weeks to settle down, unless

something else happens before then.

Anyway, How long

I do more than one capsule of each if I am giving a large meal, or if

the meal contains a lot of foods which my son has problems with. If

you think your son needs more enzyme, then you can try 1-1/2 capsule

for a few days and see if it helps.

Could their be another problem? I

Here is my phenol information, which includes info on epsom salt

baths.

My son was very sensitive to things for 2-3 weeks, as I indicated

above. Some kids get aggressive, or weepy/crying, or major headaches,

or whatever. This generally starts to reduce at about the 3 week

mark, altho can be longer for some children.
