Kass, If she is having pain in her upper abdomen area in between her ribs and belly button, have you considered gall bladder or pancreas problems? This is the location I have pain when affected and believe me, you don't want to eat, are afraid of food, feel like vomiting, and it can be short lived (a day or two) or a couple weeks long.
