Rapid help needed to edit document

I'm in need of a few individuals who can rapidly (this morning or

this afternoon) help me with rewording, editing, etc a document

specific to complex care need for homecare. I've received help or

suggestions from two close friends who offered some terrific

suggestions/modifications. I really need to ensure that I'm not

overlooking anything important/significant or I'm using incorrect

phrases (in this case I need to carefully ensure that skilled care is

represented and goals, observations or commentary is reworded as

diagnosis, assessment or treatment/intervention.
